Account recovery
Attomus Signet is designed so that your secrets cannot be accessed by anyone other than you. This means Attomus cannot recover your authentication secrets, and cannot reset your biometric lock. If you lose access to your device without a backup, your secrets cannot be recovered.
Keep an encrypted backup. Use the export function in the app to create a backup file and store it somewhere safe. This is the only recovery path.
